Product Description
Refrigerant Recharge Machine CM7000 Refrigerant Recovery Unit can recover most positive pressure refrigerants efficiently and safety, such as R134a, R22, R407C, R410A of III & IV categories refrigerants specified in ARI standards. The equipment adopts oil-less compressor, maintenance free. The whole system is composed of compressor, air-cooled condenser, pressure gauge, manual directional valve, ball valves etc.
The equipment integrates functions of push/pull recovery & recharge, vapor recovery & recharge. Under push/pull recovery mode, the recovery machine pulls vapor from the tank to reduce the pressure. Then the gas is pressurized by compressor and sent to A/C system of vapor side. In this way, there is pressure difference between A/C system and tank. Use a hose(referred as liquid hose in this manual) to connect the liquid side in A/C system to the liquid side in tank. Under the influence of the pressure difference, liquid refrigerants in A/C is quickly transferred to tank. You can see this process by sight glass. Once the liquid refrigerants transferred completely, stop recovery machine and close valve on liquid hose. Turn the directional valve on recovery unit panel to vapor side and finish recovery the remaining vapor refrigerants.
