MODULAR SPIRAL COOLING CONVEYOR INTRODUCTION
The modular spiral cooling conveyor is used for Cooling and proofing of mass production of all kinds of bread, cakes, moon cakes, pastry, cereal bars and so on and other non-food products. It can save time and energy in a high-efficiency condition. It also can save spaces to guarantee high efficiency.
MODULAR SPIRAL COOLING CONVEYOR FEATURE
The layer-by-layer transmission spiral conveyor works as the gear motor drives the gears of each layer through a main shaft, and the gears move the mesh belt of each layer for movement. Every gear is equiped with intelligent power transmitter to adjust the convey power.
The modular spiral cooling conveyor is widely used in many industries, especially in food processing field. It cools down the products (like bakery products from oven or French fries from frying machine) by room temperature air (sometimes adopt circulating fans). The modular belt speed is variable. So, the retention time from inlet to outlet is much flexible. It is suitable for cooling many kinds of products.
