Applications:
Test Report of V-PL mesh Plasma Treatment:
Under the conditions of a temperature of 23°C and a humidity of 40%, after using a sticky roller to roll back and forth 10 times on the surface of the printing plate, measure the charge amount within 2 minutes and the half - life.

Results
① Adhesion (bonding property): For "V-PL Series Mesh" that has undergone plasma processing, it has been confirmed that its adhesion exceeds that of PET1500.
② Anti-static effect: For “V-PL Series Mesh" processed by plasma, no improvement in the anti-static effect has been confirmed. It shows that its anti-static effect is worse than that of SMP300-34 and PET1500.
Conclusion
It can be determined that the plasma-processed V-PL Series Mesh, even without cleaning, also performs excellently in terms of the adhesion of the photosensitive emulsion.
However, due to its lack of an anti-static effect, it does not have the function of preventing dust adhesion during the drying process.
