Working process
PET bottle recycling line remove the label of bottle from high-efficient conveyor to label remover machine . The label paper was blown away by a fan and the bottles are transported by conveyor to the crusher .PET fragments are lifted into the rinsing tank , the fragments are washed in the rinsing tank while thoroughly removing the unremoved label paper. At last , put the fragments into horizontal dryer to dewater .
