Q2 : How to order ?
A: We can accept produce common specification goods for you, we also can accept OEM service for customized by client’s drawing paper,sample and details requirement(add logo and packaging). After we reach an agreement on the order details, welcome you place sample /bulk order via Alibaba Trade Assurance.
Q3: How long is your delivery time?
A: Generally 5-20 days after receiving your advance payment.
Q4: What is your sample policy and sample time?
A: Yes, we would like to provide you the sample if we have ready parts in stock, but the clients should bear the shipping cost. For customized sample involved mould cost should be undertaken by the clients. Once the bulk order reach to a certain quantity, the mould cost can be returned to clients. As usual, sample can be sent about 7 days.
Q5. What is your terms of payment?
A: Generally we accept 30% deposit in advance , and 70% balance before sending.
Q6. What is your terms of delivery?
A: Including EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF, DDU,DDP
Q7. Do you test all your goods before delivery?
A: Yes, we have testing by our QA department before delivery, also welcome clients or The Third Party company inspect goods.
