Do you have a hook-in type headboard and/or footboard and a bolt on metal bed frame and want to use them together?

Use these adapters to convert your bolt-on bed frame to attach to your hook-in headboard and footboard. This set provides an easy way to correctly fit

and attach most hook slotted twin, full, queen and king size headboards and/or footboards to most bolt-on bed frames.

Everything you need is included in the package: four brackets, hardware and instructions. This adapter kit is for use when the

headboard and footboard are strong and stable enough to support the weight of your bed.

The #35 Down Hook Bolt-On Conversion Bracket for Headboard and Footboard attachment allows the consumer to make an adjustment for height.

Thus, different size headboards and footboards can be accommodated. There is no provision for width adjustment with this bracket.

Adjustment Range: Vertical: 2".

Hooks Are Pointed Down

The hooks on the #35 are pointed down. The #35 conversion bracket should be used when the headboard and/or footboard can support the weight of the bed.

IMPORTANT: Please note that our down hook bed brackets are not a universal fit and do not work with all headboards/footboards,
so make sure our adapter plates are compatible with your headboard/footboard before purchasing.
