Precision instrument designed for electricity meter clock verification with high-stability time base and GPS synchronization capabilities.

- Pulse input measurement range: 0.1 Hz to 1 MHz with automatic daily time error calculation
- 1.3" OLED display with simple keypad interface and memory of last output frequency
