1.Mixer: the raw material corn flour, rice flour, soybean flour, meat flour, grain flour, additives, etc. are added with a certain proportion of water to mix well.
2. Screw Conveyor: the motor is used as the power for spiral conveying, and the mixed raw
materials are transported to the feeding hopper of the extruder to ensure convenient and fast feeding.

3. Twin screw extruder: under the circumstances of high temperature and high pressure and screw extrusion, the die can be changed by adjusting the specific particle size and shape of different feeds in the production department.
4. Air Conveyor: transport the products to oven.
5. Multi layer Dryer: most of the ovens are electric ovens. The temperature is between 0-200 degrees, which can be adjusted by the control cabinet. The inside of the oven is stainless steel double-layer mesh bag, which can reduce the moisture content of feed particles, promote the ripening rate and increase the shelf life.
6. Seasoning line: oil and food attractant are sprayed by fuel injector. The seasoning line includes octagonal drum, single drum, lifting single drum and double drum seasoning line. According to the output and product properties, the oil is sprayed on the feed surface, and the minced meat and spices are sprayed evenly.
7. Cooling conveyor: reduce the temperature of frying and feed, promote the solidification of oil, reduce the temperature of particles, easy to package.
8. Packing machine: manual sealing machine and automatic packing machine can be used.
