Specification
Mixer
The machine can mix all the different kinds of power materials with water. Due to the high speed of mixing braches 580Rpm, the different materials can be mixed evenly with water and some other liquid materal.
Screw conveyer
The mixed materials can be conveyed in the SUS roller to the feeding machine (feeder) of extruder without any leaking, dusting and pollution. Feed quantity and speed is even and stable.
Double screw food extruder
The twin screw extruder is made of the feeding system, extrudering system, cutting system, heating system, lubrication system and controlling system.
Air conveyer
1.Air conveyor conveys the food relying on the wind-force from the blower.
2.It is more suitable for the long distance convey.
3.Low energy-consumption, high efficiency.

Electricity dryer
The multy layer dryer is with compact design which can make the food be well dried in a limied space. We can adjust the number of layers and lengths depeding on the output of the oven. It is food standard stainless belt. The temp of the dryer and the drying time can both be controlled which can make sure that the food will be fully dried. We can also provide gas dryer, diesel dryer and
steam dryer or even double energy dryer.

Single drum
1.This is hoister which take the food to the roller. It is with rubber belt with rubber side wall which can avoiding food falling.
2.This machine is used to spray oil and other liquid flavor on the snacks food or feed. There is heating pipe inside the drum which can make the oil be liquid even in winter time.
3.The roller is full set stainless steel. With the rolling of the drum, the flavor and oil can be mixed with snacks.
