The corn flakes production line is applied to make corn flakes, breakfast cereal snacks ,normal corn puff snacks with various shapes and flavors.The production line adopts the technology of two kinds of different texture and taste of the product in the double screw extrusion co extruding advanced at the same time.It is a breakthrough to solve the problems regarding to sticky material on the roller, low output of flakes pressing ,low shaping rate,poor taste and so on.

2.Screw conveyor : to convey raw material to extrude.3.Twin/Double screw extruder :to extruder and cook the raw material into different shapes breakfast cereal
4.Vibrating machine: to spread the products and cool it quickly.
5.Air conveyor: to convey the food to the next machine
6.Roller dryer:to dryer the moisture of the surface.
7.Flakes presser: to press the particles into thin flakes (its size of flakes can be adjusted)
8.Oven: to dryer the products.
9.High Vibrating spreader:to spread the flakes and snacks food and cool it quickly.
