This frying snacks process line uses double screw extruding technique to replace the traditional steam boiling process. It includes mixing,cooking,extruding and shaping process,no needing boiler,with simple process,high efficiency and little pollution.The raw materials can be rice powder, corn powder,wheat flour individually or their mixture. only by changing the moulds, shaping or cutting machine, the shapes can be various;likes sticks,square sheet rib chips,diamond chips,wavy chips,pillow shapes and bugles etc.The capicity has 120~150kg/h, 200kg/h.300kg/h.
(1).Production process:
Raw material→flour Mixing→extruding→cooling→drying→Frying→conveying→hoisting→flavoring→(packing )
(2).Device configuration:
1.Flour Mixer
The first step of food processing is to mix various raw materials, additives, and a certain amount of water and stir evenly. Built-in "work" type structure, features: uniform and fast mixing.
2. Feeder
The mixed raw materials are conveyed to the forming machine by means of spiral rotation and lifting. The parts in contact with the raw materials are made of stainless steel, and the food is transported in a closed space, which is clean and hygienic.
3. Forming Machine
The most important step in making food, its role is to make the material change under the thrust of the screw in the closed barrel of high temperature and high pressure close to vacuum, and then discharged through the mold and formed.
4. Compound Molding Machine
The compound molding machine is to extrude and compound the blank material made by the extruder into various shapes through multiple pairs of rollers. By changing the mold, various shapes of food can be produced.
5. Hoist Machine
The finished products are promoted to the next production equipment through the food-grade conveyor belt.
6. Continuous Fryer
Continuous frying machine has single layer and double layer. The food can be turned over automatically. The output is large and the efficiency is high. The temperature is freely controlled, and the finished product has no crushing rate.
7. Vibrating Screen
The vibrating screen has two functions:
1. It can separate the adhered food;
2. Remove excess fat from fried foods.
8. Single Drum Seasoning Line
The single drum seasoning line has a powder and oil spray system, through the rolling of the cylinder, the powder or syrup is evenly wrapped on the surface of the food.
