Product Application

WFJ Model Pulverizer is a mature product, which is used to make fine powder about 80-300mesh. It is a kind of mechanical pulverizer. It is widely application for pharmaceutical industry, chemical industry, foodstuff industry, etc. for powder grinding. 

Working Principle
This machine is designed with the parts of main Unit, cyclone discharge, dust collector, control panel, etc. 
Main Unit: including Feeding Hopper, Auger Feeder (speed controlled), Rotor (blades and disc), Stator (liner with serrated teeth), Classifier (driven by motor), Frame, etc. 
Cyclone Discharge: including a Cyclone, Rotary Valve for discharge, Pipes, etc.
Dust Collector: Including Filter Pockets, Pockets Holders, Filter Case, Pockets Cleaning device, Pipe, Fan, etc. 
The raw materials, normally less than 10mm, being fed into the grinding chamber by auger slowly, are impacted, crashed, sheared by rotor and stator at high speed into super fine powder. The powder size is determined by the rotary speed of classifier. So there is no mesh sieve in the unit. The speed of classifier is controlled by inverter. The faster the classifier rotates, the finer the powder is. When the powder reaches the desired size, it is sucked out by fan into cyclone. Most powder are discharged via rotary valve. A little of superfine powder, as they are too light, are sucked into dust collector and filtered by pockets. 
This machine is designed according to cGMP standard and made of stainless steel.
