Floating Feed Pellet Making Machinery-------- Working principle:
1. After the material is sent into feeding device, they will be pressed by the screw shaft with high pressure and temperature which makes the raw material fully cooked and sterilized.
2. Then the pressed material will be formed into pellets by shaping mould. You can change different moulds to make pellets with different diameters.
3. After that a cutting device will cut the formed pellets into different length as required.
4.Built-in unique pressurized die device to ensure feed yield and quality; and equipped with electric heating device to increase feed expansion rate.
5.The main motor adopts high quality Y series three-phase motor to ensure strong power. Speed feeding device, more convenient to operate, even feeding, prevent downtime.
6.The discharge template is easy to replace, and it is only necessary to replace the required aperture template with different aperture feeds.It can produce Shen aquatic products and poultry pellets. It can eliminate most of the toxins and anti-nutritional factors of anti-trypsin and urease contained in the materials, which is beneficial to the digestion and absorption of animals and improve the digestion and utilization of nutrients.

1. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases of loating Pellet Making Machine/Cheap Extruder Machinery. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
