Step 1: Crusher-- It is used to crush the corn,wheat etc. into powder.
Step2: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the powder to the mixing machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 3: mixing machine--you need use this machine to mix different kinds of materials
Step 4: Screw conveyor--It is used to transfer the powder to the pellet machine. You can also use man power instead of this machine.
Step 5 Pellet machine--It is used to make the powder into pellets.
Step 6 Lifting machine--It is used to lift the pellet into the cooling machine.

Or using the corn feeds, rice feeds, wheat feeds directly, then grinding. Other nutrient can be added together.
1. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases of feed granule making machine for fish. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
