1.Description of Pet food extruder: 

Ingredients are brought together in a mixer.Dry ingredients are grained prior to mixing with wet ingredients.The mixed ingredient is heated in the pre-conditioner prior to feeding into the extruder.In extruder,the ingredients are cooked under intense heat and pressure as it moves toward the open end of the extruder where ingredients pass through a shaping die and knife.Pet food and aquatic feed is dried in a multi-pass dryer until its moisture content is low enough to make it shelf stable.Pet food and aquatic feed may pass through a coating drum where animal fat and vitamins are applied onto pet food an aquatic feed.

1.Raw Materials: Meat Meal, Fish Meal, Corn Powder, Soya Meal and Other Grain Powder

2.Products: Pet Food, Like Dog, Cat, Fish, Bird Food etc. with Different Shapes and Tastes by Changing the Dies and Formulations.
