1.Description of Floating Fish Feed Processing Line:
Fish feed extruder,also called fish feed pellet mill,is widely used for producing variety materials into high-grade aquctic feed pellets for fish,catfish,shrimps,crab etc.The final feed pellets have unique shape and good taste,high nutrition and smooth textures.For feeds of fish and shrimp,the floating time no water surface can be adjusted by the extrusion degree adjustment when extruding the pellets.Currently,floating fish feed extruder has become an ideal for small and medium fish farm(catfish,tilapia,shrimp etc.)
Raw materials:Fish meal,soybean, grains, corase fiber, vitamines,corn, wheat and so on.

Corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, fish powder, bone powder, fresh bone and meat paste etc.Or using the corn feeds, rice feeds, wheat feeds directly, then grinding. Other nutrient can be added together.

1. We will pack all necessary Shrimp Feed Pellet Processing Line into wooden cases of feed granule making machine for fish. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
