Dog food manufacturing equipment can produce all kinds of dog treat biscuit ,pet food.it uses twin-screw extruder,mainly uses meat powder, fish power, bone power, corn powder, soya powder as mainly material.The whole work flow can be controlled exactly by parameter. Different raw material and nutrient elements can be added together according to advanced formula,through the high temperature heating and high pressure from twin screw extruder to form the final pet food pellet,so the final product has high maturation and easy for pet to digestion and adsorption.

Or using the corn feeds, rice feeds, wheat feeds directly, then grinding. Other nutrient can be added together.
1. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases of feed granule making machine for fish. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
