Simple operation automatic fish production line is widely used for producing grains into high grade aquatic feed pellets for fish,catfish,shrimps,crabs,etc. The fish feed can float on the water surface without dissolution for over 12 hours.

6.The floating pellets can float on the water for about 24 hours. It is very catering and easy to be digested for animals, especially fish.
7.The raw material is experienced by the high temperature and high
pressure, so it can kill the salmonellosis and bacterial infections to ensure the pellet clean and healthy.

3.Raw materials:
Corn flour, wheat flour, rice flour, fish powder, bone powder, fresh bone and meat paste etc.
Or using the corn feeds, rice feeds, wheat feeds directly, then grinding. Other nutrient can be added together.
4.Animal Floating Fish Feed Pellet Extruder Mill machine Product Details:
1. We will pack all necessary machines into wooden cases of feed granule making machine for fish. For drying machine, and heavy extruders, we will fix them in the container with very strong iron wire.
2. If by LCL for small quantity machines, we will let send to QINGDAO port for loading.
3. If need containers, our trucks will take the containers from port to our factory for professional and safely loading, and then return to port for shipment.
