Thanks to its fully hydraulic and top-drive slewing propulsion system, this rig is designed for various drilling processes and tools. It offers convenient and flexible control, enabling fast drilling speeds and reduced auxiliary times, which significantly enhances operational efficiency.
The rig utilizes DTH (Down-the-Hole) drilling technology, which not only provides high efficiency but also reduces the cost per meter of drilling.
The high outriggers facilitate easy loading and transportation, allowing the rig to be loaded directly without the need for a crane. Its tracked walking mechanism is particularly well-suited for movement in muddy terrains.
Each impactor achieves optimal efficiency when paired with the appropriate shaft pressure and speed. As the number of drill pipes increases during the drilling process, the axial pressure on the impactor also rises. To maintain peak performance, positive and negative axial pressure valves are adjusted in real-time. This ensures the impactor receives the ideal axial pressure, resulting in improved impact efficiency.
