Machine Introduction
The RCF220W deep rock water well drilling rig is a powerful and versatile fully hydraulic rig designed for high-efficiency drilling across diverse applications. Equipped with a 65KW engine, this rig is capable of reaching depths up to 220 meters, making it ideal for a range of projects, including geothermal wells, farm irrigation wells, and drinking water wells.
The RCF220W can operate with both mud pump drilling for softer strata and down-the-hole (DTH) air drilling for harder rock formations. The rig’s large turntable torque allows for enhanced penetration and fast progress in various ground conditions. When drilling in rock, the DTH hammer is employed, effectively breaking through hard layers while discharging debris using air pressure, achieving a significantly higher efficiency compared to traditional rotary drilling methods.
With a lifting force of 13 tons, the RCF220W is built for robust performance in challenging environments, supporting both industrial and agricultural water well drilling as well as geothermal and geological exploration needs.
