The RCF180C water drilling rig is designed for versatile operations, capable of both mud pump and air DTH hammer drilling to handle a wide range of geological conditions. Its fully hydraulic system ensures precise and efficient control throughout the drilling process.

This rig accommodates bore diameters from 90mm to 300mm and can reach depths of up to 180m. It operates efficiently with air consumption ranging from 17-31m³/min under pressures of 1.7-2.5Mpa. It supports two drill pipe sizes, 76mm and 89mm, both at 3 meters in length.

With a push force of 4T and a lifting force of 12T, the rig delivers reliable performance. Its variable lifting and feeding speeds, with rapid modes of 18m/min for lifting and 35m/min for feeding, ensure productivity even in challenging conditions.

The rig provides a rotary torque range of 3200-4600Nm and rotational speeds between 45-70r/min, offering dependable power. An optional mud pump, with a flow rate of 250L/min, adds additional versatility for different drilling applications.

The design includes high hydraulic legs with a 1.5m extension for enhanced stability, even on uneven terrain with slopes of up to 30 degrees. Its compact size of 3×1.5×2.2m and travel speed of 2.5km/h make it easy to maneuver and transport.
