Machine Introduction

This pump is the main equipment for geological exploration. Its main role in the core drilling process is to supply fluid (mud or water) to circulate during the drilling process and bring rock debris back to the surface to reach and keep the bottom of the hole clean, lubricate the drill bit and drilling tools, and cool them.

The BW850 mud pump is equipped with a drilling rig to drill holes with mud. During the drilling process, the mud pump pumps mud into the hole to provide a coating for the hole wall, lubricate the drilling tools, and bring rock debris back to the surface. It is suitable for geological core drilling and exploration drilling with a depth of less than 1500 meters.

Application

BW850 /5 type mud pump has three bore and four gear speed. Displacement and hole depth can be adjusted according to the application,it also can be used cement perfusion.
