The hydraulic trailer-type water well drilling rig, identified as RCF150W, was developed by Henan Rancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. This multifunctional and efficient drilling equipment is suitable for various applications, including resource exploration, hydrological wells, civil drinking water supply, and agricultural irrigation. The rig utilizes full hydraulic control technology and comes equipped with a BW200 mud pump as well as an air down-the-hole hammer for dual-mode drilling processes. It accommodates drilling diameters ranging from 100 to 250mm, achieving a maximum depth of 150 meters. Its patented composite boom, dual-motor power head, and parallel gearbox hydraulic oil pump system significantly enhance operational efficiency and durability. Meanwhile, the trailer-type three-wheel chassis allows for quick movement and deployment. Key parameters include a 32 HP diesel engine, 2600- 4000 N.m rotational torque, compatibility for seamless switching between mud circulation and the air down-the-hole process, a total machine weight of 2 tons, a compact structure, and both low maintenance costs and high cost-effectiveness.
