The steel ruler water level gauge produced by Henan Rancheng Machinery Co., Ltd. is a precision instrument specially designed for measuring water levels in wells, boreholes, water pipes, and is particularly suitable for groundwater monitoring in hydropower projects or earth dams. It adopts stainless steel cable (upgraded version) which is more durable than traditional copper cables and can operate reliably even in low conductivity liquids. The device consists of an underground component (water level tube and bottom cover) and a ground module (including probe, steel ruler cable, receiver and reel). When the probe contacts the water, an audible signal, indicator light and voltmeter are emitted to obtain accurate readings. The instrument is available in multiple models, covering depths from 30 meters to 500 meters, with a repeatability of ±2 mm, powered by a 9 V DC battery, and includes an easy-to-use maintenance guide to extend the life of the instrument. Ideal for construction and long-term security monitoring, this tool combines precision, adjustability and rugged design.

the principle structure
1. The underground part of the material is composed of a water level measuring tube and a bottom cover (sold separately).
2. Land receiving device: steel ruler water level gauge, composed of a probe, steel ruler cable, receiving system, and coil.
3. Probe: Made of stainless steel, with waterproof contact points inside. When the contact point reaches the water surface, the receptor system is activated. When the contact point leaves the water surface, the receptor system is turned off.
4. Steel ruler cable: The steel ruler and cable are combined with plastic technology to prevent the steel ruler from rusting and simplify the operation process. Reading is more comfortable and accurate.
5. Receiving system: It consists of a speaker, a signal, and a peak signal. The buzzer beeps continuously, the indicator light is on, and the voltmeter displays the peak value.
