Product Description

This series of fully hydraulic core drills is designed for exploration of solid mineral deposits. It is also suitable for engineering geological surveys, shallow oil and gas drilling, groundwater exploration, and construction applications such as tunnel ventilation, drainage and dam grouting.

The rig adopts a fully hydraulic drive system, with an axial piston pump and an angular piston motor driving the drill head to rotate. Its two-speed mechanical configuration provides continuous control to ensure precise operation in different geological layers. The drill head adopts a cylindrical chain feed mechanism with smooth movement and is equipped with a lateral movement function to improve positioning accuracy. The mast is operated by a cylinder-driven lifting and sliding mechanism, which supports drilling angles between 45° and 90°, and can perform inclined and vertical drilling. The equipment is equipped with a load-sensing hydraulic system to optimize energy efficiency while providing up to 4000 Nm of torque for high-intensity drilling tasks.
