This series of fully hydraulic core drilling rigs is a new type of drilling rig independently developed by our company based on the absorption of advanced technologies of similar drilling rigs at home and abroad. The fully hydraulic core drilling rig adopts full hydraulic drive, the rotation of the power head is driven by axial piston pump and oblique axis piston motor, mechanical dual speed plus stepless speed regulation, and advanced structure. The power head adopts cylinder chain speed regulation feed mechanism, the movement is stable and reliable, the power head is equipped with a lateral translation mechanism, and the drilling mast adopts cylinder lifting and sliding as a whole, which can be used for drilling within the range of 45-90°. The hydraulic system adopts load-sensitive control, with high working efficiency and large torque.
 
The hydraulic core drilling rig is equipped with hydraulic Trojan clamps, hydraulic leveling legs, telescopic masts and other devices to facilitate the rapid positioning of the drilling rig. Equipped with wireless remote control crawler, it is suitable for various terrains, and can control the crawling of the drilling rig within a safe distance to prevent sudden dangers.
