The RCF180C hydraulic crawler water well drilling rig is an independently developed model featuring a 55 kW Quanchai diesel engine and rubber track chassis for superior mobility across various field construction sites. This versatile equipment drills to depths of 180 meters with diameters ranging from 90-300 mm.
Advanced Drilling Capabilities
Equipped with a dual-motor rotary drill head, the RCF180C supports both mud pump and down-the-hole pneumatic drilling modes. The fully hydraulic top drive system combined with a composite mast provides a 3.4-meter stroke and dual-cylinder lifting force of 12 tons. All operational parameters including rotation speed, torque, axial thrust, and lifting speed are flexibly adjustable to accommodate different drilling tools and construction processes.
For rock formation drilling, the rig utilizes a down-the-hole hammer with compressed air flushing, achieving drilling speeds that significantly exceed traditional equipment. For soil layers, it works with dedicated drill bits and mud flushing systems to handle complex geological conditions efficiently.
