Application scope

The PGD series fully automatic rotary bag-feeding packaging unit is mainly suitable for automated packaging of prefabricated flat bags, stand-up bags and zipper bags. With different weighing machines, the unit can be used in food, miscellaneous grains, sugar, flour and cassava flour industries.

1. The entire machine frame is made of SUS304 food-grade stainless steel, which has upgraded aesthetics and is easy to clean and maintain;
2. The unit can realize automatic bag taking, bag loading, coding, weighing, bag opening, filling, heat sealing and finished product output; it can be connected with weight detectors, metal detectors and automatic cartoning equipment to form an automated packaging line;
3. The entire unit is equipped with LCD touch screen and PLC control system to improve production efficiency and save labor costs;
4. Supports one-click bag width adjustment to suit packaging needs of different specifications and make production more efficient;
