Production Process Flow Chart
1. Raw Material Preparation: High density polyethylene (HDPE) is selected as the raw material, which is screened, cleaned, dried, and then fed into the extruder.
2. Extrusion Molding: Feed pre processed raw materials into an extruder, heat and melt them, and then extrude a film like product from the head of the extruder. During this process, the temperature, pressure, speed and other parameters of the extruder need to be adjusted according to different materials and thicknesses.
3. Cooling & Cutting: The extruded geomembrane needs to be cooled, usually using a cooling roller or water cooling method. Cut the cooled geomembrane to obtain the required size and shape.
4. Inspection & Packaging: Inspect the geomembrane, including the detection of indicators such as thickness, density, tensile strength, and puncture strength. Geomembranes that meet the standard requirements are usually packaged in rolls or folds.
