Waste incinerator
Waste incinerator is a kind of harmless treatment equipment used in hostipal waste, domestic waste and animal waste treatment. The principle is to use the combustion of coal, fuel oil, gas and other fuels to let the waste be subjected to high temperature incineration and carbonization to achieve the purpose of disinfection treatment.
Advantages and prospect
Waste incineration is suitable for domestic garbage, hostipal waste, and general industrial waste. Compared with landfill and compost, waste incineration is more efficient( one load takes about one hour), saves land and does not cause surface water and groundwater pollution. In the case of accelerated urbanization and shortage of construction land, waste incineration has become a realistic choice for cities with dense population, tight land use and garbage siege.
Application
The incinerator can be used in burning most solid waste, including medical waste, domestic waste and so on.The purification rate could increase to 97%. The harmful components in smoke is reduced to the international standard
below the specified value.
The incinerator structure
The incinerator consists of four parts: main body, the control system, the fuel oil system and the air system.
The main body includes 4 parts: first combustion chamber, second combustion chamber, smoke purification chamber and chimney.
The control system consists of distribution box, two thermocouples and control circuit.
The fuel oil system consists of one oil tank, two combustors, and oil pipeline.
The air system includes air blower, air pipeline, four butterfly valvles.
