WFS series of life waste incinerator is used in a pyrolysis gasification and the most advanced around the wind mixed fuel + twice burning + burn treatment of incineration.
Working principle
The incinerator in a combustion chamber design due to the gasfication incineration technology makes the temperature of incinerator furnace goes from 200℃ to 400℃, never produced the combustion process clinker, slag, sintering and other problems.
Description of application effect
The fue gas in the high temperature combustion chamber can be fully burning and the use of rotary flow of flue gas dust removal, incineration flue gas residence time in the furnace more than 2 secornds, the combustible gas in the flue gas and fly ash completely burned, a dry exhaust gas purification device on the upper part of the incinerator, the adsorption of hydrogen chioride, sulfur oxide generated in the incineration, flue gas odor components are decomposed at high temperature. With calcium hydride filter tiles and acid gas the national"hazardous waste incineration pollution control standards( GB18484-2001)"and other standard below the specifed value.
