Main features
1, Fuel: Diesel/LPG/Natural gas
2, Gasified incineration is used for infectious medical waste, animal carcass, poultry leather, daily garbage, disposable waste,plastic waste etc.
3, Daily waste can be burned once by gasified incineration.
4, Gasified incineration, mixed incineration and burnout treatment ensures low emission standard of dust (lower than International standard).
5, Totally enclosed operation is suitable for treating infectious waste to avoid secondary pollution.
Secondary Chamber
Our standard incinerator range is designed in a way that all exhaust gas has to pass through a secondary burner for complete re-burn of harmful gas components. Exhaust gases are then retained for a period of time at a high temperature (850 - 1200°C,depending on the application). This is what we call 'Basic' pollution control.
Dioxins, furans and similar gaseous components are only destroyed by :
Homogeneous high temperature (> 850°C)
Excess of oxygen (>6 %)
Sufficient residence time at high temperatures
