Cavitation Air Flotation widely used in effectively remove grease, colloid and suspended solids in wastewater, such like
papermaking, dairy, brewing, chemical, food, oil refining, pharmaceutical and petrochemical industries.
The oil removal rate is more than 80% - 90%, most of the suspended solids are removed, and the COD/BOD can be removed more than 60% in pretreatment stage after adding Coagulation and flocculation. Low cost, high efficiency , and the operation is simple. The by-products produced in the wastewater can be recycled and reused.

The CAF system consists of five parts: aeration , air flotation , sedimentation and discharge , scraper , scum Collection and discharge system , overflow system
1. The sewage is stirred by motor high speed rotate, meanwhile the air is fed into the water from the central rotating shaft.
