Working principle
The raw ore id feed into the pickling reeactor by conveyor .there is heating device ing the reactor (70-90°). the raw material and formula acid solution react fully in the reactor for a certain time(4-6 hours). The yellow skin and water rust on the surface of material particles are dissolved. Then the treated material is washed with deacidification water. The finished product can be packed by drying the cleaned material and remo
ving moisture.
Note: the whole line equipment is equipped with an acid neutralization tank and a water circulation treatment system. After the material reacts with the acid, use the clean water wash the material . After cleaning, the water will enter the water circulation treatment system.the water can be neutralized and then discharge,or can be neutralized and then recycle used.this system meet the environmental protection standard, and the whole process pollution-free.
