Structure and features
RUNLAN series dewatering machine is composed of three-legged stand, 201/304 stainless steel barrel, motors, centrifugal lutches,
brakes and other components;
1. Housing, interior are made of stainless steel rolling 201/304 GB, hard and smooth inner surface, with wear and corrosion
resistance, easy to clean until the advantage;
2. High-quality solid steel shaft, dual bearing assembly, the bearing is located in the dewatering bin taper to ensure smooth
operation, to reduce wear, save power;
3. With a separate motor, triangular tape drive, it is equipped with centrifugal start flange, mechanical slow start, braking
efficiency is high, manual drum brakes make quick stops can be avoided because the spindle brake and by the torque;
4. Tilting three-foot overhang base can avoid load imbalance within the drum vibrations generated feet; outlet pipe at the bottom
of the base, butt joint pipes, gutters and drainage
