The cap sorting elevator delivers correctly oriented caps to the capper for placement on the container to be capped. The elevator uses a cleated belt to carry caps to the capper. Incorrectly oriented caps return to the stainless steel hopper and will again be raised by the cleated belt until oriented correctly for the capping process. The cap elevator helps to automate the capping
