1. Conditioned sludge flows into the filter chamber from the flocculation tank and is pushed toward the discharging end.
2. As the gap between the shaft threads increases, water separates from the sludge and flows out through the gaps between moving and fixed rings.
3. The movement of rings cleans the gaps, preventing machine blockage.
4. Filtered sludge cakes are pushed forward by the shaft and discharged at the end.
