40m3/h Electrocoagulation System for Waste Water Treatment 3-30 kW
Our electrocoagulation system is an advanced wastewater treatment solution that utilizes metal hydroxide produced by soluble metal anodes during flocculation to effectively remove contaminants from water. The system typically uses aluminum, iron, or other readily available metals as anode materials.

Electrochemical reaction: Fe→Fe²⁺+2e
Anodizing reaction: 2OH⁻→2[O]+2e→O₂+2e (nascent oxygen [O] has strong oxidation function)
Cathode reduction: 2H⁺+2e→2[H]→H₂ (nascent hydrogen can break bonds, COD, chromophore functional groups)
These oxidation and reduction functions occur continuously on the plates for effective water treatment.
- Wide power supply adaptability: 220V-480VAC range available
- Safe operation: Embedded isolated voltage circuit ensures electrical safety with multiple protection features (phase loss, overload, overcurrent, overvoltage, zero voltage)
- Automatic control: Detects ion state in water to automatically adjust current and voltage
- Energy efficient: Utilizes Fe(OH)₂ and Fe(OH)₃ as excellent coagulants without requiring polymer additives
