5m3/H Capacity DAF System for Industrial Wastewater Treatment with 3600*1700*1850mm Specification
Dissolved Air Flotation is a water treatment process that clarifies wastewaters (or other waters) by the removal of suspended matter such as oil or solids.
The removal is achieved by dissolving air in the water or wastewater under pressure and then releasing the air at atmospheric pressure in a flotation tank basin. The released air forms tiny bubbles which adhere to the suspended matter causing it to float to the surface where it can be removed by a skimming device.
The wastewater enters RT1 (coagulation reaction tank) and RT2 (flocculation reaction tank) from the equalization tank through the lift pump, and coagulates with PAC and flocculates with PAM respectively to form flocs.
Then the wastewater and dissolved water enter the reaction zone of the DAF tank, where microbubbles and flocs in the dissolved water mix and adhere to form solid particles with density less than water, which float to the surface. Under buoyancy, scum is scraped to the slag tank while clean water is collected and discharged or sent to the next process.
- Micro bubbles generating
- Subsurface capture
- Automatic slagging controlled by liquid level
- Non-clogging releasing with high efficiency
- Municipal Sewage
- Slaughter House
- Metallurgical Industry Wastewater
- Spraying Sewage
- Printing & Dyeing Sewage
- Metal-Processing Sewage
- Mining Stone Wastewater
- Electronic Sewage
Consider these factors when selecting a DAF system:
- Wastewater type (dairy, car washing, slaughter house, food processing, river water, etc.)
- SS content (ppm or mg/L)
- Oil & Grease & Fat & FOG content (ppm or mg/L)
- PH (6-9 preferred; consider PH adjustment tank for other values)
- BOD (ppm or mg/L)
- COD (ppm or mg/L)
