It supports multiple unlocking methods, including fingerprint, password, IC card, mechanical key, mobile APP remote control, temporary password, NFC, etc.
How many fingerprint, password, and card combinations can be stored at most?
Generally, it can store 300 users totally. 100-200 fingerprints, over 100 passwords, 50-100 IC cards, with 9 administrator account and the rest for user permissions.
How long is the battery life? How does it alert when the battery is low?
Dry batteries last 6-12 months, lithium batteries 3-6 months. Low battery alerts via local buzzer and APP push; USB emergency power supply is available.
How long is the warranty period? How is after-sales service handled?
1-2 years warranty for the whole lock, 3 years for core components. Remote diagnosis, parts replacement, and firmware updates are provided; local service providers can be connected overseas.
