1. Structure and classification
Layer design:

Surface layer: bleached wood pulp (Russian/Canadian coniferous pulp), providing high whiteness (70%-80%) and printability.

Bottom layer: unbleached kraft pulp or recycled pulp (US waste/European waste), giving high strength and toughness.

2. Physical properties
Strength index (taking 150g as an example):

Burst strength: 560–590 kPa

Edge pressure strength: 2.5–3.0 kN/m

Ring pressure strength: 190–200 N79.

Environmental adaptability:

Moisture resistance (Cobb60 ≤25 g/m²), suitable for frozen food packaging.

Low temperature resistance (-25°C without brittle cracking).

3. Printing and processing performance
Printability:

Coated kraft paper supports high-definition printing (175 LPI), with a color reproduction of 98% Pantone.

White noodle kraft paper is suitable for ordinary offset printing, but is easily affected by "whiteness difference" and "yellowing".

Processing compatibility:

Die-cutting tolerance ±0.1mm, suitable for high-speed production lines (12k sheets/hour).

4. Safety and environmental protection
Food grade certification: no fluorescent agent, compliant with FDA CFR 21, can directly contact food.

Sustainability:

The bottom layer contains 70%+ recycled fiber (FSC certification).

Can be fully recycled and degraded (OECD 301B standard).
