GLASSINE PAPER FEATURES

Glassine release paper is a key material in the production of self-adhesive labels, widely recognized for its superior qualities. As a type of industrial base paper, it features a smooth and consistent texture, excellent transparency, and robust internal strength. We offer three types of face materials: paper, PP, and PET, catering to various applications. For adhesives, you can choose between hot melt adhesive and water-based adhesive, depending on your requirements. The release coating is made of silicone oil, ensuring smooth performance. For backing paper, we provide two options: white base paper and Glassine paper.

Glassine's surface is suitable for rotogravure, offset, flexo, and digital printing. Printing on glassine requires both expertise and experience with printing processes and a variety of inks, especially to achieve fine-line images in vivid, full color.
