Features of Kitchen Towel Paper
Production process:
Raw material processing
Pulping: The wood pulp board is broken up by a hydraulic pulper, and impurities (metal, sand and gravel) are removed by high-frequency vibration screening.
Pulping: Adjust the fiber length (bamboo pulp needs additional processing to 0.8-1.2mm) to improve the interweaving strength.
Papermaking and forming
Papermaking: The pulp is evenly spread on the long-wire former, and vacuum suction and dehydration are performed to form wet paper sheets (gram weight 40-60g/m², higher than ordinary paper towels).
Embossed: Steel rollers press cross patterns or honeycomb patterns to increase the surface area to improve water absorption.
Drying: Hot air penetration drying (120-150℃), control the moisture content ≤5%, and ensure wet strength.
Post-processing
Impregnation treatment (pre-cleaning type): Spray food-grade detergent, and dry at low temperature to set the shape.
Slitting and packaging: The fully automatic slitting machine cuts into rolls or folding types, and the ultraviolet disinfection is followed by sealed packaging (moisture-proof aluminum film).
Application of Kitchen Towel Paper
1. Daily cleaning
Absorb oil and remove water: Thickened original wood pulp type, wipe tableware and stove oil stains.
Food processing: Wrap fish with bamboo fiber paper to absorb blood, or place it on the chopping board to prevent slipping.
2. Special needs
Heavy oil cleaning: Pre-soaked baking soda type, directly wipe the inner wall of the oven or range hood.
Environmental protection needs: Degradable paper made of sugarcane bagasse, used to clean kitchen oil stains after a picnic.
3. Replace traditional tools
Replace rags: Disposable use to avoid bacterial growth (especially after handling raw meat).
Filter oil residue: Fold multiple layers of strong paper and filter frying waste oil.
