Application of Clay Coated Cupstock Paper
1. Coffee cups: Chain brands such as Starbucks and Luckin Coffee use clay-coated paper cups to hold hot coffee because they are resistant to high temperatures (85-95°C) and have no plastic coating, which is in line with environmental protection trends.
2. Tea cup: suitable for freshly brewed tea. The anti-permeability of the coating can block tea polyphenols and oils, and prevent the cup wall from softening.
3. Hot soup cup: Some fast food brands use it to hold instant soup. Double-layer coating technology is used to enhance heat resistance (short-term resistance to 100°C).
