A2: Normal time is 60 days for a single packing machine, except for custom packing machines. 35 days for stocks.
Q3: How do you pack your machine for shipment?
A3: The machine is overwrapped with plastic film and then packed in fully closed standard wooden cases with a strong bottom pallet.
Q4: How to control your machine quality?
A4: Before delivery, we will send you the pictures and videos for you to check the machine quality. And also you can arrange for quality checking by yourself or by your contacts in China.
Q5: Which countries have you ever exported your machines to?
A5: Malaysia, Belgium, Korea, Russia, Hungary, USA(California), Mexico, India, Turkey, Tajikistan, Uzbekistan, Ukraine, Vietnam, Ecuador, Algeria, California, and Ukraine.
Q6: What’s the language used for the operating system?

Q7: What’s the warranty period?
A7: One year guarantee for the quality, if components are damaged naturally, we will replace them freely. If Manually damaged, the client's Response for the costs.
Q9: What about after-sales service?
A9: Quick response for the after-sales service. When necessary, we will send our technician to the customer’s factory for installing, debugging, and operating the machines, as well as free technical training service. But, our customer shall bear the service cost for a visa, round-trip ticket, meal, hotel, and a daily allowance of usd100.
