This Block Ice Machine FIB-200ES is our new concept of direct ice block system instead of traditional brine based system, after invest & study so many years of fields trips around the world. We found that to design the new technology direct cooling block ice machine is quite popular among customers. This direct cooling type is able to produce edible block ice if water is clean enough.
This innovative direct cooling or we can called direct refrigeration or direct freezing block ice machine using aluminum alloy plates, which material is completely conforms to food standards. If the water supply is fresh water or clean, block ice produced by this direct cooling type can be eaten directly, of course it can also be used for foodstuffs cooling, fish cooling, etc.
Direct system block ice making process
Water will be added from tap to ice buckets by pump, this pump is going to be provided by your side. Water exchange heat with refrigerant directly. It takes 6 hours to have one batch ice, ice weight 20kgs, ice thickness 100mm. After ice making, will automatically doff ice, which is less than 25 minutes.
