Panels are joined together by means of tongue and groove and locked together by camlock on each side of the panel to ensure air tight joints.
-High density thermo insulated panel ranges from 38~46kg/m3 for perfect cold-room heat insulation efficiency.
-Low flammable PU foaming material is used in the cold room panel.
-Cam-lock design fastener to install solar cold room tightly and strongly

A: Generally, we pack our goods in platict films or cartons, normally a FCL shipping.

A: T/T 50% as deposit, and 50% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance. You're welcome to see the test of the machines for days.
Q3. What is your terms of delivery?
A: EXW, FOB, CFR, CIF.
Q4. How about your delivery time?
A: Generally, it will take 45 to 60 working days after receiving your advance payment. The specific delivery time depends on the items and the quantity of your order.
Q5. Can you produce according to the samples?
A: No, all the machines are customized according to power supply ice size in difference. We don't provide sample.

Perfect service system:
All Focusun ice machines come out with 15 months full warranty. If the machine breaks down in 15 months, Focusun will send the parts for free, even send the technician over if situation needed. When beyond the warranty, Focusun will supply the parts and service only for factory cost.

Problems confrimation:
Slight problem: Please send the proof to our After-Sales Department, we will reply within two days.
