Water will be added automatically to ice cans and directly exchange heat with the refrigerant. When ice making is finished, the refrigeration system will change into ice doffing mode automatically in which HPHT refrigerant air will release heat to melt the surface of block ice.

Main Features

1.the evaporator adopts special aluminum alloy plate which is more durable and meets food hygiene requiements
2. ice-thawing and ice-doffing process are fully-automatic,therefor no manual work is needed
3.the ice is doffed by batch and each ice-doffing process takes about 25 minutes
