Brine system block ice machine configuration

1) Brine tank
The stainless steel part between the brine water and the brine tank highly resists rust and it works well in a cold condition.Concrete brine tank is also suggestibale for some projects.
2) Ice bucket
Stainlessw steel 304 and galvanized steel are available.The later is chosen for cost-saving.
3) Evaporator:
Paktong tubes are used as evaporator coil to improve the heat transfer effect,and its stainlessness,anti-corrosion can guarantee the long service time.
4) Agitator:
Adjust the salt concentration to improve the heat exchange effect.
5) Can dumper:
Excellent design guarantees the ice-thawing efficiency.
6) Thawing tank:
Heated by hot gas discharged from the compressor so that it is more energy saving and suitable for low water temperature area.
