General Introduction:
PVC Wall Panel Machine mixes PVC resin and additives and heats them to a molten state, extrude them through a mold of a specific shape, and then goes through processes such as cooling, molding, and cutting to make wall panels.

HSJZ-65/132 Twin Screw Extruder
This Extruder installed with 37kw driving motor, are specially made for WPC Wall Panels. It can produce 700-1000 sqm panels perday, extrusion ability at 150-200kg/hr. Our SCREW & BARREL Sets has the advantages of high tenacity, high impact, good bending performance, high temperature resistance, etc.
Panel Mould
Extrusion Mould: width 300mm by height 18mm
(We accept Customized Mould for different design as per customer requirement.)
Vacuum Cooling Platform
This unit is mainly used for cooling and shaping the panels after the extrusion mold. The Cooling Platform is installed with 5.5kw vacuum pump -2 sets and 3 kw water pump, for quick and reliable production.
Panel lamination machine
The plastic film is tightly adhered to the surface of the wall panel by means of heating and pressurization.
Panel Traction Machine
The motor drives the traction roller through the transmission device, and the wall panel is pulled by friction to move at a predetermined speed and direction, ensuring continuous and stable production and improving production quality and efficiency.
Panel Stacker
This unit is mainly for collecting the panels after proudction. It will discharge the panels automatically and piles the panels into bundle. It can automatically cut with set length, auto counting function.
